The following terms and conditions
exist for any and all contracts drawn between Gallopinno Innovations
and its clients. Please be informed that any payment made
to Gallopinno Innovations for which a receipt has been given
are subject to these terms and conditions and your making
payment acknowledges that you have read the terms and conditions
and have accepted the same.
Terms and Conditions of Gallopinno
Innovations
Before offering its services
to clients, Gallopinno Innovations requires that its clients
be conversant with its contructual terms and conditions. Below
are a brief summary of the main articles: -
Gallopinno Innovations expects
its clients to abide by the terms and conditions of the Internet
Community, and know that by extension, Gallopinno Innovations
only acts as their agents in-so-far as they shall abide by
the rules that govern the various organisations, search engines,
hosting agents and domain registrars that offer them services
and that any contravention by the client to these norms shall
result in only the client being liable and/or becoming a party
to any claims by the said Internet Community.
Gallopinno Innovations does
not design, market, or offer any of its services/products
to firms that have pornographic, obscene and immoral content
or that intend to propagate such content on the internet
Every firm, company or individual
to whom Gallopinno Innovations offers its services is bound
to indemnify Gallopinno Innovations from any liability in
the event that the material(s) used in the construction/marketing
of their websites were copyrighted as the Gallopinno Innovations
company policy is that all materials used in these websites
have to be sourced from the client.
Once Gallopinno Innovations
hands over a website to a client/clients, it (Gallopinno Innovations)
is no longer reponsible for any change in the contents of
the website that might give rise to civil and or criminal
liability that are a result of an infringement or infringements
of rules of the web host, the domain registrar, the internet
community or the laws of Kenya.
Every effort is made by Gallopinno
Innovations to ascertain the accuracy of the materials presented
on each client's website in regard to the originals given
to Gallopinno Innovations, however any loss that might occur
to our clients as a result of an omission, a typographical
error or a mis-representation shall wholly be the reponsibility
of the Client(s) as Gallopinno Innovations clients are expected
to verify the accuracy of the website before it is launched.
While Gallopinno Innovations
strives at all times to ensure customer satisfaction should
there be any contest that would require the abitration of
the courts then Gallopinno Innovations shall be under the
jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya and the laws of Kenya.
